Ayurvedic FMCG industries are expecting loss in 2020 and 2021.Covid-19 disease which resulted in lockdown in many countries. The present paper is to understand the impact of covid-19 on Ayurvedic FMCG sector and its business. FMCG sector is one of the important sources of Indian economy, which directly or indirectly affects the employment rate of the country. The main challenge towards Ayurvedic FMCG companies is supply chain distribution and lack of availability of labour during lockdown. There has been a change in consumer buying behaviour of the product after lockdown due to economic hit on daily wages labours. Changing behaviour of regular consumer is also visible while purchasing Ayurvedic FMCG products during lockdown period. This has led to implementation of new strategy through digital platform like online market. The study is based on secondary sources.

INTRODUCTION: Cancer patients experience a variety of physical and psychological symptoms. Some of these are related to disease progression, while others are early or late adverse effects of cancer treatment. Severity of these symptoms result in impaired quality of life and can often result in treatment delays or warrant additional supportive interventions. Thus, symptom management in cancer patients remains an important focus area for achieving desired outcomes of cancer treatment and preserving quality of life which happens to be a critical function of nursing practice. The current study aimed at describing the incidence of minor symptoms that cancer patients experience along with understanding different strategies that patients’ chose to manage minor adverse events vis-à-vis their efficacy. METHODOLOGY: The prospective study was conducted among 881 cancer patients, who were selected by convenience sampling technique. Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS Version 23 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software. Categorical data were expressed as numbers and percentages. Categorical data were analyzed by fisher exact test and chi square test. P value <0.05 was considered as statistically significant. RESULTS: Off the total population, constipation being the most prevalent (22.48%) symptom reported among the cancer patients while the least reported symptom was appetite (12.73%). It has been seen that constipation (0.032), diarrhea (<0.001), insomnia (<0.001), nausea (<0.001) and appetite (<0.001) are the five common adverse effects experienced by the Cancer patients and shows statistically significant association with treatment methods. There was no statistical significance in relationship between vomiting resolution status and treatment method (<0.052). CONCLUSION: These findings demonstrate that high symptom incidence rates and self-management used render an improvement in current nursing management. Therefore, development of symptoms management groups, encouraging the use of self-care diaries and enhancing the quality of psycho-oncology services provided are to be recommended.

As well as this, the researcher will also demonstrate how PCC copany manages their risk and invest their money. In all successful companies there must be good communication and records that help them keep monitoring their finances. The researcher will also carry out some innovative solutions for some problems that the company faces. The researcher has used qualitative data as the research required knowledge about PCC company’s systems, financial plans, and different perceptions. Interviews were conducted with managers across the company. Responses were recorded by note taking. The results showed that the problem is the negative impact of COVID-19 on the finances of Petra Calcium Carbonate Co. (PCCC) and this research explores some options for solving this problem. In the end, the importance of financial plan and strategies are vital in any business not just the PCC company. The PCC company utilizes useful tools to manage financial risks such as having insurance, quality assurance system and other elements. These tools would contribute to the organisation’s future success and help it to reach its financial goals effectively.

Purpose: The study analyses what impacts Cryptocurrency Bitcoin (BTC) has as an alternative investment asset to diversify the investment portfolio for the case of Turkish Capital market. For this purpose, this study analyses the impact of cryptocurrency Bitcoin on companies’ stock market price. To analyse the financial behaviour of investors, the financial statements of the biggest 24 companies (airlines, retail and manufacturing, excluding the banking sector) listed on BIST 30 National Index for 4 years, from (01.01.2017 to 12.12.2020) have been taken into account. Methodology: The quantitative analysis is based on two multiple linear regression between the stock market price of companies (dependent variable), and the main return ratios and financial leverage (independent variables). As a first step, analyse the influence of rate of returns on companies’ stock price. The second step, represented by the standardization of companies’ stock price and analysing the correlation with the Bitcoin price. Findings: Return rates, which were employed as variables in the empirical model, revealed that financial statements had little impact on the stock market price of the companies, analysed, with the weak correlation between the independent variables and the dependent variable explaining stock price fluctuations during the period. Conclusion: The results of the empirical study negated the initial formulated hypothesis regarding the backward correlation between the Bitcoin price and the stock price of quoted companies for the period.

One thing that can change water quality is the presence of marine debris caused by anthropogenic activities. In addition to the potential of natural resources that are widespread on the coast of Indonesia, the potential for pollution of the coastal and marine environment also has considerable opportunities. The purpose of this study was to determine the type, weight, composition of anthropogenic waste, and its management on the coast of Tegal City. This research was carried out on March 2-30 May 2020 at the Tegal City Environment Service/DLH, Central Java. Data collection consisting of waste composition data is then analyzed and used in waste management planning. The stages of work carried out are: the calculation of the characteristics of the waste in the form of specific gravity is obtained from the generation measurement using waste weight data. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it is concluded that the types of marine debris that are generally found at the research site are organic waste and inorganic waste. However, the most common type of waste is plastic waste. The most severe level of damage was found in the coastal area of Mintaragen Beach. The low level of awareness of environmental hygiene in the community is due to the fact that there are still some people who have not disposed of their garbage in its place, especially for tourists, and there are still some industrial managers who override industrial waste management before being dumped into irrigation streams or canals to the beach. There are still many traders who build tents on the beach. Other factors include environmental and socio-economic physical characteristics, culture, attitudes, and community behavior. In the operational technical aspect, starting from the storage, sorting, collection, transfer, transportation and management of waste. However, what has been realized is mostly only the transfer from the waste disposal site collection point, while the transportation and final processing of waste to be processed at the landfills has not been carried out optimally. This study aimed to develop a framework for marketing education which explores the synergistic interface of the business and other industries with the academic community. It investigated the emerging concepts, issues and concerns in the local and global community that greatly impinge on establishing a relevant and industry-driven business education particularly in the area of marketing management for St. Paul University Philippines (SPUP). This study made use of the mixed methods research design using both qualitative and quantitative methods of inquiry such as focus group discussion and modified Delphi technique. The Gap Analysis method was employed to determine the chasm or gap between the existing business programs with the desired business programs as envisioned by industry and other significant stakeholders. The participants of this study consisted of professionals, employers and/or entrepreneurs in the business industry as well as business academicians in the region. This study found out that industry-based exposure is important to develop the industry skills of the graduates. The Marketing graduates of SPUP have generally acquired skills, attitudes, and values desirable and needed in the business industry but they lack industry skills and opportunities for immersion to the environment of the world of work. The business industry practitioners require the Marketing Management graduates, adequate industry-based knowledge in relating with people or clients of varied backgrounds, analysis of business trends and introduction of innovative marketing strategies. The proposed framework emphasizes on the collaboration and integration of the business industry and SPUP in the delivery of Marketing education.

Résumé: Cet article aborde la problématique de l’accroissement de technologie numérique dans le processus électoral de 2018 en République Démocratique du Congo par le vote électronique et la légitimation des institutions issues de ces élections. Il met à lumière les controverses politiques et diplomatiques sur l’option levée par la centrale électorale congolaise qui est le vote électronique. Sur le plan politique recours à la machine à voter a conduit aux fissures institutionnelles et de la classe politique. Le parlement à travers l’assemblée nationale était pour la machine à voter tandis que le sénat s’en était opposé. Comme pour le FCC coalition au pouvoir, il fallait s’aligner derrière l’option levée par la Ceni pour justifier sa position avec le principe de l’indépendance de la centrale électorale, tandis que l’opposition qui a contesté le recours à cet outil, trouvant une manœuvre de fraude électorale. Sur le plan international la fermeté du gouvernement et de la Ceni a justifié la souveraineté internationale de l’Etat congolais en dépit des multiples pressions, sollicitations et les désaveux des autres Etats puissants, le gouvernement congolais est resté intransigeant. This article addresses the issue of the increase in digital technology in the 2018 electoral process in the Democratic Republic of the Congo through electronic voting and the legitimization of the institutions resulting from these elections. It highlights the political and diplomatic controversies over the option exercised by the Congolese electoral center, which is electronic voting. Politically, recourse to the voting machine has led to institutional and political cracks. Parliament through the National Assembly was for the voting machine while the Senate opposed it. As for the ruling FCC coalition, we had to align ourselves behind the option raised by the Ceni to justify its position with the principle of the independence of the electoral center, while the opposition which contested the use of this tool , finding a maneuver of electoral fraud. Internationally, the firmness of the government and the Ceni has justified the international sovereignty of the Congolese state despite multiple pressures, requests and disavowals from other powerful states, the Congolese government has remained intransigent.

Tourism sector, specifically accessible tourism, is getting more positive progress in the last few decades. Studies in the past mainly focused on inclusive tourism or tourism for all. Somehow, accessible tourism, which includes people with disabilities, is one of the ignored consideration in the field of tourism development. Most studies have ignored the inclusion of people with disabilities in the tourism sector. Making tourism more accessible to the disabled is not only a social responsibility, but there is a significant economic and business need to improve accessibility as it can boost the attractiveness of tourism in Malaysia. Past evidences show that by making adjustments to facilities, providing accurate and important information, and understanding the needs of people with disabilities can result in increased number of visitors. Thus, the main purpose of the study is to investigate this overlooked segment of our society, in order to come up with recommendations that can influence the intention to travel among people with disabilities in Malaysia. Data will be collected from 100 respondents which includes 50 who are disabled and have traveled more than once and stayed in a hotel for at least one night within last year and 50 participants consisting of managers from different hotels operating in Malaysia by employing semi-structured interviews. These 50 respondents with disabilities include people with mobility and physical impairments and people with hearing and communication disabilities. The data gathered will be investigated by employing two statistical packages, namely SPSS and Smart PLS. Multiple regression analysis will be utilized to predict the value of the variables in this research.
